2019 Winter Pitching Academy

Pitching Program

The Pitching camp is designed to teach players how to become complete pitchers not just throwers. The camp covers mechanics, grips, routines, arm care, full body care, pre and post -game habits, the mental approach to pitching, fielding, holding runners, pick offs, controlling the game, and how to use the count to your advantage. It is the total package for the aspiring pitcher. The Elite Pitching program is designed for players at the JV and Varsity level that are physically ready to take their training to the next level by throwing two times a week early in the year.

Catching Program

An extensive curriculum that will introduce proper mechanics for the toughest position in baseball, Ball tracking, ball receiving, blocking, footwork, proper mechanics, improved arm strength and conditioning, along with an extensive array of drills that will properly prepare any catcher for the grind of the upcoming season!
