JV: Team Goals

1. Playing time is based on role definition, program development for individual players, and the competition our JV team plays.
2. Skill development
3. Learn the TEAM concept first.
4. Learn the Shenendehowa baseball approach to Baseball and Academics.
5. Learn to compete in the Suburban council at the Class AA level.
6. Continue to establish and practice the work ethic necessary for performance and success at the varsity level.
